Event Rental Policy

Customer Pick-Up and Delivery Policy:

  • All rental items are eligible for customer pick-up from our store except for flower walls and flower arches.
  • Flower walls and flower arches are not eligible for customer pick-up and drop-off. These items can only be delivered, set up, and picked up by our team.
  • A delivery, setup, and pick-up fee will apply for flower walls and flower arches.

Rental Duration:

  • Our rental items have a standard 24-hour rental time.
  • If more than 24 hours is needed, an additional fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A partial refund is available with a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours.
  • A full refund is available with a cancellation notice of at least 5 days prior to the event.

Payment Terms:

  • All rental items require full payment if picked up by the customer.
  • If the item is delivered and set up by our team, full payment is required.

Damage Policy:

  • A damage fee will apply for any damage incurred to rental items.
  • Flower walls are highly encouraged for indoor use only to prevent damage.

Event Decor Booking Process

  1. Contact Form Submission:

    • Fill out the contact form on our website.
    • Include the event date, address, and upload inspiration pictures.
    • To save time, be as detailed as possible in your inquiry for a faster quote.
  2. Invoice and Deposit:

    • Upon receiving the invoice, a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your date, time, and items.
    • The remaining balance is due a day prior to the event setup.
  3. Changes to Event Decor:

    • Changes to the event decor must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.
    • Week-of event date changes are not allowed, especially if it involves reducing the decor display.
    • Additions to the decor are allowed if the items are available, but you cannot decrease your decor amount or price.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you cancel your event for any reason, we are happy to work with you on a new date or hold your deposit for 6 months.
  • Your event must take place within 6 months from the original date.

Minimum Order Requirements:

  • Balloon decor minimum is $950, plus delivery, setup, and pick-up.
  • Floral display minimum is $650, plus delivery, setup, and pick-up.
